(WTNH)– There’s rough climate today with the heaviest rain and strongest winds going on roughly between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Rain and strong winds will proceed for the afternoon/evening, with gusts 40 mph to as excessive as 60 mph feasible in some spots.

As of seven:30 p.m., Eversource is reporting over 19,000 outages. As for United Illuminating, they’re reporting over 100 outages.
Frank Poirot of Eversource power told news 8, “We’re down to about 20,000 outages and that’s down from the peak of 34,000 at 4 o’clock this afternoon. Our crews had been working hard throughout the day.”
We could additionally see isolated pockets of very heavy rain that could lead to highway flooding.
The state department of Transportation suggested Monday afternoon right here streets are closed due to bushes and wires down on account of the storm:
