Armed man ‘acting inconsistently’ dead following officer-worried shooting in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford Police and Connecticut State Police are investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting in the enviornment of 14-sixteen Gilman St.

At approximately 9 p.m. Saturday, Hartford Police got a 911 name reporting a male to be armed with a firearm acting erratically in the area of 25 Gilman St.
