EAST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — An East Haven man has been charged in the killing of the mom of his infant. The family of the victim, Lizzbeth Aleman-Popoca, spoke with only news eight Monday. they say here’s the news they have been looking forward to, but it is bittersweet.
