       As a sign of respect for the carrier and sacrifice of u.s. Capitol police officers Brian D. Sicknick and Howard Liebengood, and all Capitol cops and law enforcement across this top notch Nation, via the authority vested in me as President of the United States by means of the charter and the legal guidelines of the United States of the us, I hereby order that the flag of the United States will probably be flown at half-team of workers on the White apartment and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all armed forces posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal govt in the District of Columbia and during the United States and its Territories and possessions unless sundown, January 13, 2021.  I also direct that the flag will probably be flown at half-staff for a similar length of time in any respect United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, together with all defense force facilities and naval vessels and stations.
